If you want to return and exchange the items, you should return it for an exchange according to the below clause:
If you find the item is not the one you order. Or there is some defect or damages, we provide replacement(Please fill in the Return & Exchange form),and Return request must be not later than 3 working days from the day you received it.When you ship back the items.please send email to tell us the tracking number, make sure you pack the items well and no damages. We will NOT provide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause.
If there is no quality issue and we don’t have any mistakes to send or ship the items, we won’t accept the replacement.
When we received your return damaged items , we will verify if the item is in good condition. We will ship a new one in the same style to you by EMS/DHL(some special country). The shipment will take 8 - 14 days.
If you place a new order, and shipped by express, we will put replacement together in one package to send to you.
If the address you provided is wrong, the items return us, you should afford USD 20 per bag for resending fee. if you would like to cancel this order,we will charge the restocking fee.Restocking fees amount USD 25 per replica bag.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and associated cost with the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
When the items are signed by someone according to the record shown on the delivery system, we are supposed that you have received the items.

As per our policy, and whatever the reason given by the client, we will not process any refund to clients after an order is shipped! Though, we are always trying our best to accommodate clients and handling exchanges on your request.
Would an order settled by credit card be canceled before its shipment, and if client requests a refund, we would do so but would apply a USD 50 charge for processing this refund. Indeed, those fees correspond to the charges applied to us by payment gateway for handling a refund.
Credit card payment will be refuned since we send email to tell you. The process refunded proceeded by the bank will take about 12-14 working days. The detail you can ask for your own bank.
Please keep in mind that you have purchased replicas, and not genuine bags! Although our replicas are 99.9 % similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would be advertising genuine bags!
